The Letter of Love

'World' is a word
but a word is no world
What a world of difference,
still the difference is small, so small

When it stands for 'left'
it means at least it's not 'lost':
Still how to spread the word
without the letter of 'love'? Oh love

Let it leave to spread its roots,
shed a light and shed its fruits
(whoa, whoa)
There's always more than meets the eye:
Love is blind, not out of sight
(Whoa, yeah)

With D it's dark
and damp for the dove
not so for a lark
with a lamp in a quest for love, oh love

And the better its song
as the letter gets long,
while reading it right is
leading right to the light, oh light

Let it leave to spread its roots,
shed a light and shed its fruits
(whoa, whoa)
There's always more than meets the eye:
Love is blind, not out of sight
(whoa, yeah)

Oh my dove,
fall in love

'World' is a word
but a word is no world:
What a world of difference
with the letter of love, oh love

Let it leave to spread its roots,
shed a light and shed its fruits
(whoa, whoa)
There's always more than meets the eye:
Love is blind, not out of sight
(whoa, whoa)

There's always more than meets the eye:
Love is blind, not out of sight
(whoa)

Oh my dove,
fall in love
